It all started from a $500 investment in himself and determination to turn his awesome skills on the grill into a profitable business. I remember that day like it was yesterday. We visited numerous stores purchasing & planning to make his vision a reality. I remember thinking to myself that this was going to take some time and couldn't possibly be done in one day, but leave to Mr. Get It Done, he accomplished his goal in less than 12 hours. He had bought a cargo hitch, a new grill, all the BBQ accessories needed and all the food and other items to prepare for our very first pop up event. The rest is history in the making as we speak. We started vending at several events all over Houston and surrounding areas serving our delicious BBQ bringing 'That Smoke' Wherever They Want It!!
Our menu is inspired by a mixture of my Louisiana Cajun roots and his Midwest roots from Michigan. Our menu is versatile and offers a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. We use only the freshest ingredients and shop locally for the best quality meats. We switch up the menu for different events to showcase more Cajun dishes and popular Down South Soul Food Favorites. Our Catering menu also features a wider selection of Savory Southern Classics and it is customizable to your preferences.
